We warrant that all labour and/or installation performed by our company will be completed in a professional, workmanlike manner, free from defects in workmanship, and in accordance with industry standards and applicable building codes.  

This warranty covers defects in our workmanship for one (1) year from the date of project substantial completion / final payment.  

If a defect in workmanship appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the affected work at no cost to you (including any adjacent work necessarily disturbed).  

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse/abuse/neglect, alterations or repairs by others, owner-furnished materials, natural disasters, or manufacturer defects in materials (which are covered by separate manufacturer warranties).  

To make a claim, provide written notice (email or letter) describing the issue and include photos if possible within 30 days of discovery. We will inspect and respond within a reasonable time.  

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners with written notice to us.
